Valley Hills Deli is (finally) ours!

Here is something I bet you didn't know...

It will surprise many to understand that we didn't actually own the deli just yet over these past few months.  As part of our deal closing we had the option to take what is called 'early possession' and assume the day to day operations of the business while the final steps of the liquor license transfer and escrow processes were completed.  

This took enormous trust on the part of the Sanchez / Bruno's Market family, and for that we are incredibly grateful. Our short time at the helm has enabled us to really get our finger on the pulse of this amazing location and community.  Your feedback and energy has only confirmed our decision to jump in with both feet.

Some exciting upgrades and additions are coming soon, and many smaller ones to follow over the coming weeks and months.  For now, simply know that we are thankful for the warm welcome  and are excited to start rolling out our vision for  the perfect roadside eatery:  a neighborhood deli, bbq, and wine shop serving the kinds of food that we think you would make for your friends and family at home if you had the time.

We will be having a proper 're'-opening celebration soon, so be sure to subscribe to our email list below or follow us on Instagram or Facebook to be the first to know.    Till then, we are open Monday - Saturday 7am to 3pm.   So stop in to say hi or grab your favorite bite and beverage, you might even get a sneak peak at what's right around the corner...😉
